How long do refunds take for COD orders? +
Because there is no card to credit back, COD refunds are issued by bank transfer. Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, the transfer goes out within five to seven working days.
Can I exchange for a different item instead of a refund? +
Yes, on returns. Pick "Exchange" as your preferred resolution and our team will send you the options in the same price band. Any difference is settled before the replacement ships.
What if my item is opened but not defective? +
Opened items fall outside the seven-day return window, and a warranty claim needs an actual fault to assess. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will tell you honestly whether anything can be done.
Do I have to pay for return shipping? +
No, when the fault is ours — a wrong item, a damaged parcel or a warranty defect. We arrange the pickup and cover it. For change-of-mind returns the pickup charge of Rs. 300 is deducted from the refund.
